Terms & Policies

License Scope: Each purchase of the Core Course Tracker, School Finder, Tuition Calculator, or bundled package provides a single, non-transferable license for one individual user. A license may not be shared between athletes, reused for multiple students, or resold in any form.

Digital Product & Refund Policy: The Tracker and related Collegiate Goals tools are delivered as digital products. All sales are final. Once your account is active, no refunds will be issued. If you are billed under a monthly plan and choose to cancel, the current billing period will not be refunded, but all future billings will be stopped immediately upon cancellation. Annual plan cancellations will take effect at the end of the purchased year, with no partial refunds. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Data Ownership: All academic and personal data entered into Collegiate Goals tools belongs to the athlete. Collegiate Goals only stores and processes this data to provide the service. We do not sell or transfer athlete data outside of the platform. When a license expires, access to the tool and stored data is removed, unless renewed.

We do not provide professional training, fitness, medical, legal, or compliance advice. Athletes should consult their school counselor, academic advisor, or institutional compliance office for official eligibility guidance.

Brand and Logo Use: Partner clubs, schools, and organizations may display their logos and branding within a white-labeled version of the Collegiate Goals tools with permission. Collegiate Goals retains ownership of all technology, structure, and intellectual property. Collegiate Goals may reference partner names and logos in promotional or marketing material unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination of Access: Collegiate Goals reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a user violates license terms, attempts to share access, or misuses the tools. Termination does not entitle the user to a refund of any kind.
